Necessary data

Readings do not require your full name or date of birth. Your current question, language, chosen experience and drawn symbols are sent to the Cloudflare backend to generate a response. Do not include medical information, identity documents, addresses, intimate details or other people’s private data.

Potentially sensitive information

Spiritual choices and questions may reveal religious beliefs or other sensitive data. We request explicit consent before sending a question to AI. You can decline and continue browsing. Withdraw consent using the local settings below; contact us to request erasure on the server.

Storage and retention

An essential cookie identifies your browser balance for up to one year. Language and currency preferences are stored locally. Balances, orders and consultation identifiers are stored in Cloudflare D1. Responses are retained for up to 30 days to support retries without duplicate charges, with cleanup on subsequent use. Payment records are retained for support and applicable obligations.

Shared altar

When you light a candle, your chosen first name or nickname, colour and position may be visible to other visitors. Do not include private information in the intention. Candle records are processed by the existing Cloudflare altar service; the visual experience lasts seven days.

Providers and payments

Cloudflare provides hosting, database and AI inference. When available, Stripe handles payments, billing data and payment confirmation; card numbers do not pass through our server. Providers may process data outside your country. This version does not use advertising tracking or automatic visit events. Also consult the providers’ policies.

Your rights

You may request information, access, rectification or erasure and, where applicable, portability, restriction and objection. You may complain to your local data protection authority. Contact us about purchase or consultation records; never send recovery keys or card numbers.
